Project Schedule Management | Sequence Activities | PMP Training
Project Management has ten knowledge areas, as per PMBOK Guide, Sixth Edition. In this video, I am covering the third process in Project Schedule Management knowledge area. We discuss the inputs, tools and techniques, and outputs of this process.
We will also learn what is precedence diagramming method (PDM) or Activity On Node (AON) diagram, the four types of relationships between activities namely Finish to Start, Start to Start, Finish to Finish and Start to Finish. We will also understand the difference between mandatory dependency and discretionary dependency with example. We will understand the difference between lead and lag.
In the subsequent videos, I will be covering the remaining concepts in Project Schedule Management knowledge area.
