Thanks a lot again for this wonderful lecture ma'am but I can't understand one thing that why we adding gap after 5-6 sequences from the first it can also be from other areas of sequences

Yes it can be but in the above sequence of you attach gaps at any other places you won’t get maximum matches. We try to get max matches so alignment score will be hogh
