Hi Melvin, when referring to the depth of a pool, it's how deep the pool is. The pool cannot possibly be 36.6 metres deep. I think you're referring to the length of the pool.

You honestly could buy 3 of these in Metro Manila for the same money. There are Filipino estate agents on KZbin like Presello that show similar type of houses for a third of the asking price, and they're all freehold as well. Singaporean land values really are gastronomic..

And traffic is a small price to pay for getting good property investment, especially as the entire Metro is gentrifying rapidly.. Slums are being demolished and replaced with highrise tenements, condos, and middle class housing month by month, (really impressive speed) so it's a good time to invest.. once the country rebases it's GDP this year it's expected to enter the high-middle economy list.. Many mainlanders and South Koreans are investing there now, whole neighborhoods are now Mandarin-speaking or Korean-speaking. ASEAN investors are much more welcome by the Philippines than mainlanders or Koreans, so best to get in fast..
