This property was especially challenging to video as it is currently wet season in Singapore. We had to wait for the intermittent rain as it comes and go. As usual, when you ask for the rain it never comes, and when you need some sun and doing laundry, it pours. You might catch one of the scenes with pouring rain! This house cost about $12,000 when it was built in the 60s. Amazing appreciation. First property Investment rule in Singapore : buy landed if you can.

This is no 10 Crowhurst Drive. The previous owner was my office neigbour. She bought the place at $3.9million about 10 to 15 yrs ago. I think the land is around 3900 sq ft and the built up is around 5000 sq ft. But not sure how much she sold to the new owner.
