I think Goku has only one eye for a special reason. Hypothetically, since he's outside the training room, he is one part of Vegito and only has access to the seraphim power in his right eye. I bet Vegeta will have the left eye in true demon mode too, when he comes out. When they all come back into Vegito, Vegito may have one red eye and one cyan eye. Another idea I have is that, the way ARJ has drawn them, the eyes have (I think) at least 3 straight-line segments to them. In this case, Vegito could have one segment in cyan (Seraphim), one segment in red (Demon-Lucif), and one segment in yellow (Ikari). This is gonna be absolutely crazy, if I'm anywhere near correct... LOL!!!
