Aleksandar Vučić, President of the Republic of Serbia, addresses the general debate of the 79th Session of the General Assembly of the UN (New York, 24-30 September 2024).
World leaders gather to engage in the annual high-level General Debate under the theme, "Unity and diversity for advancing peace, sustainable development, and human dignity, everywhere and for all." Heads of State and Government and ministers will explore solutions to intertwined global challenges to advance peace, security, and sustainable development.
The UN General Assembly (UNGA) is the main policy-making organ of the Organization. Comprising all Member States, it provides a unique forum for multilateral discussion of the full spectrum of international issues covered by the Charter of the United Nations. Each of the 193 Member States of the United Nations has an equal vote.

Remember, it is hard to maintain a clear focus... you need to dig throughout the history and in general people do not have time to do that. Serbia has had a clear politic trajectory since 1389, where its actions led to the destruction of Byzantine Empire... and same actions have been repeated all throughout the Ottoman era, leading to the fragmentation of the Balkan people... even more actions, in 1914 leading to WW1, actions throughout Jugoslavia which led to the end of it in 1990, massacres in 1994 in Bosnia, massacres in 1999 in Kosova. My message is not against the Serbian people, just to be clear, but is addressed to them and to open their eyes against their politicians.

A krajem Bagdadsko Abasidskog kalifata, 1258 godine, se smanjila i vojnička snaga kalifata, što znači, da nije bilo više toliko napada, a napadi su se u Bagdadsko Abasidskom kalifatu izazvali samo do Carigrada, kamo li u Srbiji, što opet znači, da Srbija nikako nije "branila Evropu od osmanskog osvajača". Stoga, da je "Evropa ucenjivala Srbiju" i ostale priče pričaju se u kafičima.

@@SuperRasa77 Leaving the battlefield is not defending, there is no logic in that, that was a crucial battle that had to be won at any cost. After that battle the Ottomans gained a lot of power. The kingdom of Serbia created ties with the Ottomans by giving a Serbian wife to the sultan...etc etc, never joined the forces with the other Balkan resistances...they didn't participated or trying to stop the Ottomans in the siege and the battle of Vienna at my knowledge... long story short: no Europe defending attempt to be seen.

@@gj7710 Sve je to netačno....Srbija je još 1371.godine tražila pomoć iz Evrope kod Bitke na Marici i dobila je ucene da mora da prizna Papu...Grci i Bugari su obećali da pomognu ali su slagali i nisu došli....Posle sve do 1389.godine Srbija je imala još 5 sukoba sa Osmanskom Vojskom i opet Evropa nije došla i ucenjivala je Srbiju...Srbija nije napustila bitku na Kosovo polju već je obrnuto...Osmanska Vojska se povukla sa Kosova u Jedrene...Problem za Srbiju tada je taj da Ugraska vojska sa severa je napala Srbiju i sprovodila je strašan teror i pljačku...Srbija tada 1390.godine donosi odluku da traži pomoć od Osmana da se isteraju iz Srbije Ugari...Naravno to je značilo da Srbija u budućnosti će morati imati i vojne obaveze prema Osmanskom Carstvu plus da plaća u zlatu Osmanskom Carstvu zaštitu...Osmansko Carstvo na čelu tada sa Bajazitom pristaje da pomogne Srbiji da se Ugari isteraju iz Srbije i tako nastaje taj položaj Srbije...Osmanska Vojska je sa Srpskom vojskom bez nekih većih teškoća isterala Ugare iz Srbije....Posle dolazi do Bitke kod Nikopolja kada su iz Evrope videli da više nema ko da se suprostavi Osmanima i tada okuplja se velika koalicija iz Evrope da poraze Osmane ali su poraženi a Srbija je tada morala da ispunjava obaveze prema Osmanskom Carstvu na koje se ranije obavezala...Srbija je takođe posle i u Aziju morala da šalje svoju Vojsku za potrebe Osmanskom Carstva a najpoznatija bitka je Bitka kod Angore protiv Tamerlana...Što se tiče borbe pod Bečom 1683.godine i to što navodite jednostavno nije tačno...Srbi su tada itekako bili deo koalicije i sa vojnicima iz Poljske su činili udarne snage koje su Osmansku Vojsku potisnule sve do Velesa u današnjoj Severnoj Makedoniji...Posle toga je stigla pomoć Osmanima iz Azije i oni su napravili kontraudar i potisnuli su hrišćanske snage preko reka Dunava i Save gde se stabilizovala linija ratišta ...Srbi su tada dožile stravične zločine Osmanske vojske i tada se masovno proteruju Srbi iz stare Srbije a to su danas sever Albanije,severozapadna današnja Severna Makedonija i Kosovo i Metohija...E baš to je vreme kada na te prostore Osmansko Carstvo IZ AZIJE I SA KAVKAZA DOVODI LJUDE KOJI ĆE NASELITI TE PROSTORE I TADA I ZBOG TOGA JE NASTAO PROBLEM KOJI I DANAS TRAJE NA KOSOVU I METOHIJI...Srbi su TADA JOŠ JEDNOM BILI PREVARENI OD EVROPLJANI I OSTAVLJENI NA MILOST OSMANIMA KAO I U 14 VEKU...Srbe će kasnije krajem 18 i početkom 19 veka opet prevariti i izdati Habzburška Monarhija kada je Srbija pokušala da se oslobodi od Osmanskog Carstva....Skandalozno je da neko tvrdi kako Srbija nije učestvovala u odbrani Evrope a svojim kostima je tupila mačeve Osmana dok u isto vreme iz Evrope UCENJUJU SRBIJU DA KLEKNE PAPI I DA SE POKATOLIČE UKOLIKO MISLE DA STIGNE POMOĆ...Evropljani uvek bili i ostali gadovi licemerni i pokvareni...Srbi DVA VEKA BILI U VOJNIM KRAINAMA KAO VOJNICI KOJI BRANE GRANICU HABZBURŠKE MONARHIJE NA GRANICI SA OSMANSKIM CARSTVOM I SAD DOĐETE VI OVDE DA PRIČETE TAKVE GLUPOSTI DA TI PAMET STANE...Vama smeta što Srbija ima svoj stav i zato vas i uče lažima i prave propagandu protiv Srba...Odlično mi znamo ko su evropljani i kakvi su to LICEMERI...

Srbija je uvek priznavala sve žrtve rata, Vučić je išao u Bosnu da se pokloni žrtvama u Potočarima, kada je pokušan linč ili ubistvo, kako ko gleda na to. Voleo bih da i Bosna javno ukaže poštovanje za stradalo Srpsko stanovništvo u ratu za koje se ne čuje ništa. Sve najbolje!

A oni koji su izabrali da ubijaju bez da ih iko ili išta natjera mi nije žao, tu ima i muslimana… Tako mi nije žao ni izraelskih vojnika kad umru i ako me moje majčino srce zaboli kad vidim slike mladih ljudi koji mogu biti moja djeca i koji su imali život pred sobom. The best solution is to give UN a state status and build it out on some remote island that would be a UN state. No privileges, no denying any country visas, no blackmailing small nations !! Albanians came on Balkan 400 years ago from North-East Azerbaijan, and now they are only American's vassals on 2000-year-old Serbian territory. They carry out apartheid over the indigenous Serbs. 90% of religious buildings are older than 600 years are Orthodox Serbian churches. It should be known that not only the Serbs had left occupied Kosovo, but also the Albanians because of the ferro radiation and uranium NATO bombs.(30% of population died from cancers.)

I will admit, that speech took guts. However it will take far more than international law being re-instated. Without a global military and the underground cleared, each side will only defer. This is basics of Game theory. For starters, a council of the most trustworthy Angels will be needed as women of a broad genetic range (as men are susceptible to ambitions of war and conquest) that are stronger from the patriarchal line, for fact of it being least corruptible to dishonor or bribery and so best to be placed to enforce such a transition as our planet will need the highest trust factor. This means females of broadest genetic range granted pure bodies who wish to see war, the development of military, and access to nuclear arms put to an end. One that would require a politically saavy women who is known for her sense for people to protect them, and at-least a few born of the most potent mixes having overcome fear already who are of taste capable of seeing through lies. A council of watchers is what I would call them. Furthermore, willingness for all empires and countries to forget about world domination and instead to focus on a global alliance formed for the purposes of ending fear through a purge of media that requires new human generations to be conditioned without the taint of times past. Only once enough war has been fought will they be ready. At such point, a council of females can help negotiate global terms for the siring of a planetary security council consisting of foster children from all reputable and honorable royal blood-lines to be mixed together. Only once these children are sired will aristocracies have global pressure to replace the current oligarchies and primitive forms of government, so that a global angelic council can be made up of angels who are best at what they do. Such a global angelic council can together with these aristocracies plan out a global military as well as the design and neutral conditioning for sealed cities for these fostered royals to live inside so that a planetary house can be sired from their mixing. Once this begins, Angels have likely around twenty years to plan out purging of media that relates to anything which is not fact (this includes myth as the many languages twisted the original meanings), as well as plans for the roll out of purged sectors. During these twenty years such a female council can condition a planetary military in preparation for these fostered intermediaries, with enough inquisitors to ensure the underground is charted and removed of all bunkers, military labs, and experimental cities so that the entrances can have surveillance installed to ensure anyone or anything that enters in any underground opening is tracked to ensure no labs or military manufacturers are ever circulated down there again. Scientific sectors would need to be agreed by the aristocracies and angelic council in an early version of a world senate so that it can eventually include larger councils of each industry once enough people are educated in purged sectors. With a date set for an eventual transfer, the entire "Pre-purged" angelic council can be replaced by Angels that have been conditioned on a purged council once enough have developed mastery on the other side. Need would then arise for a minimal size council to remain on the unpurged sectors for purposes of seeing the transition finalized. As soon as they are of age, the first purged sectors would be able to be made available allowing for circulation of Angels as well as people deemed most critical for testing purposes so that user experience and data can be used for designers, engineers and developers of various fields and faculties (I would love to be a part of that first group). The last to be transferred after the last humans die of old age would be that minimal skeleton crew of angels chosen to oversee the purge, who would have someone on the other side resurrect them to be re-born again in the only kind of place I would call a Kingdom worthy to be compared to heaven. I like to think of waking up in such a place as though one has arrived inside the elven lands. Never to return to middle earth again. For once fears intent to spread in origin of memory through either conditioning or the need to form bias through influence of words of fiction posing as history or religion is purged, provided all ensured only awakened men sired children with awakened women, and that only one global language was chosen for contract law, science, law, mathematics, programming and all fact based industry and work: we would as a planet be able to prevent what got us into this situation from ever being repeated again.

Believe it or not, there is a person in Bosnia and Herzegovina (Christian Schmidt) who the West calls a "high representative" and the Serbs call a "German tourist" who has given himself the right to make laws. And not only that, but he gave himself the right to cancel the laws passed by the parliament. Currently, the court in Bosnia and Herzegovina is conducting criminal proceedings against the president of "Republika Srpska" because he refuses to implement such laws.
