Prof Dugard helped formulate the laws of the ICJ, he also served as the UN Special Rapporteur for Palestine and the Occupied territories. Prof John Dugard still continues to lead the team. We are not running a circus (that's the West's part, if funding and facilitating a g-cide were funny!), so please be respectful of our current Minister and the systems we have in place.
