Steph is the second best shooter I have ever seen, Pistol Pete Maravich was the greatest shooter who ever lived. Pete was like taxes, pure cotton, ridiculous release, although Steph may have a quicker release, but for best pure shooter , nobody is , or was better than Pistol Pete , and before you chalk me up as some racist dude from the suburbs, I am a brother who is from North Philly, and I have seen some great shooters, but these two are just a notch better. Btw, think of the ridiculous numbers Pete would have put up if the three point shot was in play back when he played.

Other players around the world are definitely catching up, but as it stands, the U.S. still has a comfortable lead in terms of talent. Half of these guys are about 3-5 years to retiring too, which makes it incredibly impressive.
