Loved the property shown in this video. However, a feedback- can you please change your cameraman or either let him take a few lessons. The camera is moved so quickly around a specific area that it feels rushed and dizzy to look at. For some reason the cameraman is always focusing on the presenter while the property is the actual focus of the video. More time should be spent showing the property and its rooms instead of quickly turning the camera around a room and instead of showing the presenter in 80% of the video. Thanks if you implement this feedback and take it positively.

It is situated in Haunted part of the city. Some of the building constructed are facing legal issue from BMC. Including 5 star hotel. Coz 29 crore bunglow in the Mumbai is just not possible & with the garden, space it should be around 200 cr+.

Very nice bungalow, but master+1 bedroom is somewhat too less to live-into w.r.t the asking price !!! Location, nestled around the trees, plants and otherwise layout of the bungalow is great. However I find the asking price very high & out of line w.r.t. competition or what my money can buy otherwise in town. Just my thoughts...

Nice property. Wish we could see in more detail. I must say the camera work is not great and it seems that the main focus is you not the property. Camera is moving too fast and is just following you as you move around the property. It would be nice if we could just hear your commentary in the background whilst the camera focussed on each item with less pace.
