May I add a warning for all living on the road? Keep your bungee cords on a rotating schedule, replacing each at least yearly. My son was removing the cover from his Jeep, secured with bungees. They were old and one snapped, firing the free end into his eye orbital. The ophthalmologist admitted these are frequent occurrences because most people don’t recognize that bungees age, dry out and eventually snap. My son was fortunate the hook simply popped between his eyeball and bone but he was caught like a fish. The “hook” was securely pulled up around the eye orbital. He could have lost that eye or worse, it was a fraction of an inch from pushing through part of his skull and into his brain. Please replace your bungee cords regularly!

Wow Linda, thanks for bringing us Theresa's amazing build out. That toy kitchen is such an innovation. Her whole set up is a revolation. You know Linda, for us car campers you are as big an inspiration as Bob Wells. We still see far more complex rigs than simple car set ups, so thanks for deciding to focus on bringing us more car camping videos, amongst what you bring to us. Have a wonderful 2025 and all the best for your Arizona trip. Theresa, if you are reading this you also rock!

@@SereneandSimpleLife So easy Linda. You were pretty much the first visible car camper out there. Yes I know Suanne was doing it in her Prius, but not really posting videos independently of Bob. You took us on your journey and helped with so many how tos and so much problem solving. For me, I had done a little bit of car camping in my university days and always slept in the front seat tilted back. I still sleep in my driver's seat as it works for me. Certainly here in Australia, no one was making car camping videos for quite a while. Your work truly is appreciated.

Like the child's sink, the cabinets, her toilet, the bugzapper light, the step stool, the cellphone holder. I love looking at things that others have found to be the best applications without the trial and error. Great video!

A great interview and a very helpful and uplifting one. She is both a cheerleader for others to get up and get going and a problem solver. Just a joy to watch this! 😍 Happy and blessed New Year to you both.

Teresa has it together. Yep, minivans are a great platform for one. I concur about the RVs are more maintenance even the Class B Vans. They are also less fun to drive. A minivan has a great ride and good fuel economy too. I definitely love the stealth of a minivan. Parking in an area know for vehicle break ins, a few food rappers and a diaper on the dash and no one will even look at the minivan as having anything other than bad smells and sticky surfaces, because when you have young children you have no nice things or money. I have thought about going side to side behind the front seats with my bed too, but the L arrangement has plenty of storage and space for me. I hope to see her rig in Arizona. Thank you for touring this minivan. Blessings.

Thoroughly enjoyable van tour👍! Just the way these kinds of videos started as back in the day. Though it looked like the van had a lot of too many things, it was enough for this solo traveler to be comfortable. So comfortable so as not to run out of a lot of things, too😉. And it's so true thinking you have to go out and buy something for a particular project when the whole time you already have it.

TEMU... mostly good. Some items break easily. The lint rollers were unseperatable. I couldn't the beginning of the roll so I had to cut them and had to use 5+ sheets at once. Waste. I've bought a bunch of shirts for cheap. The only thing was the silkscreen print shirts the leaves are 2 - 5 inches to long. I've never had that problem with any shirts before. I've gotten a lit of good stuff too. Heating pads, ice cube trays, socks, slippers, stuff for people who are living on the streets (hoods, gloves, nail clippers, Emery boards, pocket hugs, combs, hair picks, scarves, winter insulated pants etc) clocks, usb night light - so cute, readers, storage cabinets, stocking stuffers, magnetic book marks, blood pressure cuff, kitchen gagets......The list goes on and on. I did have trouble getting a refund the last time.

Great setup I'm very impressed! Well thought out. I like that you have the bed across the width of the car, it gives much more usable space. I'm much too tall to sleep across the width of any car so have to sleep down the length of it. I like the folding step stool with handle, need something like that to get into my Hiace camper driver seat soon as it's getting difficult. Greetings from Australia
