Thank you for not making this technique overly complicated! I struggle to stamp over embossed surfaces, and almost always skid, which is very frustrating. I shall persevere! 😄

Thanks Christina - I try to demonstrate techniques that aren't complicated or overwhelming and something that both a beginner or advanced stamper can do. Also, a stamparatus tool makes the stamping on embossed surfaces a dream.

Very, very pretty. I tried that a few years back and loved the look but I had forgotten about it. I didn't do each color over top of each other though. I Versamarked the whole thing and then poured powder on various spots and heated each one before doing the next. I love the look of it all on top of each other.

If I can't find mine, which is a frequent thing in the mess I call my crafting space, I use cornflour or talcum powder. Hope that helps 😄

I've done VERY little with embossing powder but an idea sparked when you showed the Crushed Curry. After the clear layer, what if a person were to center a metal die in the shape of a jack-o-lantern and just daub the Versamark through the eyes/nose/mouth then use black embossing powder? Would it be difficult to remove the Versamark from the metal die?
