Absolutely stunning! So beautiful and you made it look so easy to do. I love how you kept taking it a step higher than higher than higher yet! And your finished piece was fierce, not too little and not too much. I am not an artist, not even close, but I’m definitely going to try this when my fairies, greenery, small animals and so forth arrive in the post. Super excited! I wish there was more when it came to dragons and wizards, but I will take what I can get from Lativa, and who knows, maybe one day you and others will be creating masterpieces with my stamps and dies. Too funny. It’s funny because I’ve probably have only stamped around twenty pieces if that, and I’m already making myself queen or some such thing. Anyways, I would just like to send you a very warm thank you for sharing your techniques. I thoroughly enjoyed watching you create this gorgeous card. I know the recipient no matter who they may be, will be ever so lucky. Be well and stay smiling 🎈

May I ask is there a way to use a gold frame but not the whole piece of gold - guess I’m bit frugal, but seems such a waste of the gold? Loved your creations, thank you.
@SandiMacIver5 жыл бұрын
Yes, I cut lots of my images out of the inside of the frame before adhering it together, you can also use two rectangle dies, and just cut a frame and keep the entire inside

Just saw this post and your card is awesome! I love the oxide inks and have used on cardstock for bible journaling. Recently wanted to expand to larger journals but oxides do not go on nearly as nice, but very blotchy. Do you only use them on cardstock material? I ask because you blend them so beautifully! Thx!
@SandiMacIver5 жыл бұрын
thank you Karen, I have used them on many surfaces. If you get a blotchy surface, just keep blending. I tap my sponge on scrap paper after I ink it and before I touch it to my art piece, to try and eliminate that "fresh ink blotch".
