Even James said she's just misinformed and it's ok. I'm more worried about getting the cop fired that doesn't know our rights. The lady has the right to call whoever she wants. You want to talk about rights but forget about hers? How about you STFU and take a fucking step back "tough guy". It's the cop who is definitely the one that's supposed to know. NOT HER! She just followed policy. Teach the fucking cops and talk to management to get the policy changed. Worry about the shit that WILL make a fucking change. Not getting someones job taken away for doing what she's told. They will just replace her and we're back at square 1. Try fucking thinking for once lil guy. Don't hurt yourself though.

I’m in the UK so our laws are different as is our constitution. I’ve watched many auditing videos and am still amazed at law enforcement have little knowledge or sometimes interest in the law. I’m also amazed at how many different police you have like hospital police! Some of the uniforms are interesting too! Lots of officers like sunglasses even in the dark! Some have more weapons than the troops on D-Day

I knew as soon as the Sgt. came that he wouldn't know the law. He looks like he spends more time doing his hair, than learning his job, or the law. Black ppl are the worse cops, especially handling ppls rights. You would think after going through the civil rights movement they of all ppl would know. Such ignorance.

can cops arrest other cops for violating laws or rights? cuz if they can why that never happens? i dont get it, if they put half of the effort that they put trying to justify why they dont help on enforcing laws on themselves there would be no such thing as an ignorant cop or lawsuits over rights violation...

I need to start auditing. I'm sick to death of all the officers being completely oblivious to the law. Mind boggling ignorance. I studied law, forensic anthropology, and a minor in law enforcement. Seven years of higher education before attending the police academy. I've had to arrest other officers and corrections officers. I thought I could make a difference from within and that was like counting grains of sand on the beach. If I start auditing maybe I can bridge the gap between the us vs tham mentality and try to make it a WE mentality. It's ridiculous seeing what pride and ego have done to the profession of law enforcement.
@debbieknott30562 ай бұрын
Yes you do. I don’t have any type of education like you, and I have started to record public employees. We all do. The thing that bothers me the most is this. Law enforcement in particular. Why have you sworn an oath to the most important document of this land and hate honoring it. You hate constitutionalists and people who know the laws of this land. Why?.

Not sheriffs it’s cool county hospital police , an entirely different law enforcement agency
@moparman19622 ай бұрын
@@JeneBele, the Cook County Sheriff's Office SHOULD HAVE RESPONDED when James called and asked for some assistance...because in every county in America the SHERIFF (and his/her sworn deputies working under him/her) has the has the highest constitutional authority, over other unelected government agents such as police, workers, managers, armed government security, etc. That is because the SHERIFF IS ELECTED and the SHERIFF is the top law enforcement figure in the county they are elected and sworn into office in...that is true under the US CONSTITUTION and also under the STATE CONSTITUTION in their state. The Sheriff or a Captain or Lieutenant COULD tell those Paul Blart Mall Cop Insecurity Guard Wannabe's who think they are in charge at Cook County Health TO LEAVE JAMES ALONE AND LET HIM USE HIS RIGHTS, or they would be arrested for breaking Illinois AND federal laws. There are several Sheriff's who have stood up to feds, staters and city cops in that exact way and the lesser cops who were NOT elected or constitutional law enforcement have backed down when they knew the Sheriff was serious.

This is how you know the hospital officers were acting on ego. As public servants, when someone approaches you about laws and rights and you are not familiar with them, then it becomes your responsibility to look them up. No one knew anything about FOIA, so how are they going to tell you what you can not do? The problem is they didn't want to look it up because it's a possibility that TTA knows what he is talking about. They didn't want to find out because once you know you can't unknow. Great job TTA and I can't wait for the follow up.
