What is the title of this Poem? I want to understand it more. This is NOT criticism, But since Sergei was seriously injured, in the healing process, I think he is compensating for any imperfection that displeased him. Keep in mind Polunin always demands his best. When the foot-ankle movement is slightly weak he adds other similar tiny movements. This looks like part of the choreography. I love him.

I'm not sure I understand your question. There isn't a poem involved in this performance(?) If you meant the title of the dance, it's called "If Your Home Is Dear to You" and it is a dance about the death of civilians, and specifically, children, during war. The premier performance of this dance was in February of this year at a concert that was also called "If Your Home Is Dear to You". It had dances and poetry readings and other performances built around the nearly 10-year history of the Ukrainian/ Russian conflict and reflected on the effects of war on the people involved, especially civilians. Sergei's dance followed a dance about the children in the Donbass who died during the war and are memorialized in the Alley of Angels. The link should open to where Sergei's dance starts at the 1 hour and 8 minute mark. You can compare the choreography of this original performance with his BraVo one, if you like. The interview and performance of the "If Your Home Is Dear to You" dance in the video below are from July, so several months after the BraVo performance and it was also very shortly after his trip to the war-torn Donbass. . . . 'For a while you see Polunin dance about with great intensity .. . then a dramatic excitement sweeps over him .. . tho in the end . . . his sense of struggle subsides. He yields and then he's gone .. '. I just love Pyotr's Symphony No 6 in B Minor. Someone's described it as 'Passionate' but .. . what makes the piece so powerful is that it's about all of us .. . not just Tchaikovsky! You and me. It is a very powerful piece, but then, of course- it’s Tchaikovsky. 💥 And of course… ❤️💥 Sergei. ❤️💥 (And, thankfully, I didn’t need to do much for this edit. 😄 The audience member who shared it did most of the work. I just made a few minor changes. But I’m just happy to share. ❤️)
