I enjoyed watching the entire show. Both Polunin and Osipova produced an electrifying performance - - absolutely ❗ Of course - - the corps de ballet - - danced beautifully. I specifically love it - - when the male dancers lift the female dancers - - with the men's arms raised at mid-chest level @ 54:02 - - and the female dancers' grand jeté and jeté en tournant - - movements @ 54:47 are superbly executed. And the men's glissades and entrechat quatre @ 55:06 are truly impressive - - too ❗ Thank you @ India Ink - - and a Happy Christmas to you ❗ And - - a Happy Christmas to all❗

To @ India Ink - - Well it's taken me quite a long time for sure to correct what I'd described 😅 i. e. for instance I'd said that at @ 55:06 these 4 dancers were executing the movements called - - glissade and the entrechat quatre too. However the @ 55:06 movement is not a glissade - - but in fact it is called a 'travelling chassé and of course hopefully too that I am correct - - about the entrechat quatre movement - - sorry for my error @ India Ink.

Sorry, I’m not sure. The only information I had about it is in the video description. You might try a web search of the NOVAT theater’s past productions. (It seems they’ve used various versions and I don’t have time myself to research.) But I’m glad you enjoyed it!

I’m sorry, I don’t follow Osipova’s ballets outside of what she dances with Polunin. But the places I would suggest looking are wherever you are able to buy Dvds and searching by ballet title and company.

You mean with with him and Natalia Osipova, or at all? Yes, unfortunately most ballets aren’t professionally recorded, so for us to be able to see recordings at all, we’re dependent on generous audience members who record under less- than-ideal conditions…
