Your camera angles and picture clarity are amazing and so helpful.

Thank you so much for these instructions. Tried the oil first but it didn’t work. Then decided to do exactly what’s in the video even though I didn’t believe I will be able to put everything back together. Took a while but it worked!! Amazing! 🤩

Thank you so much, my Juki had that problem, I used the penetrating oil to loosen it and it worked. Very grateful I found this video

Hi, thank you for your video. My co-worker's serger seized. The repair guy said that there was a 1 month waiting list, the other option was 4 hours drive and probably forking out a fortune. Your video helped to trace down and fix the problem within minutes. 😀

Really hoping I can get my serger to free up after watching this. Great video and clear process shown. Otherwise, I might have to ship it overseas to get a repair, a prospect that I dread.

Update: I cannot get my Juki repired on-island it seems. So, I watched this video again and found my problem is the same you found, the looper shaft seized. I've now tried some penetrating oil, and will be paying attention to that for a while. Thanks millions.

Frozen machine, did this and its not this issue. Seems deeper in the machine?

Can you please do a video on how to assemble/set up a Zoje A6000-G/02 sewing machine? Or provide a link to such a video?

Hi. Sorry I don't have one of those and I'm not sure if there is a video for that. Thanks.

Hi, thanks for the great video and the notes about oiling. How do you adjust the clearance between the upper looper and lower looper? I got a cheap 2nd hand one but the upper and lower loopers hit each other stopping them form going forward. Thanks
@sherrillsturm724011 ай бұрын
I DON'T KNOW WHICH BRAND YOU HAVE, BUT ON THE ASSUMPTION THEY ARE SIMLAR, THERE IS A SET SCREW ON EACH LOOPER SHAFT THAT CAN BE LOOSENED TO ALLOW YOU TO SWING THE LOOPERS BACK INTO POSITION. ONE OF THEM IS PROBABLY AIMED EITHER TOO FORWARD OR BACKWARD AND THE VERY SMALL ALLOWANCE TO PASS IS CLOSED.

Ok, can you use serger thread on a domestic sewing machine? Will it destroy the machine?

Hi, I tried to fix a cheap Aldi overlocker called a Stirling, the owner hadn’t used it for a year and hasn’t used it much at all, it was seized but I got it to free up, unfortunately the needle bar finds it hard to pierce fabric and goes out of time, it just doesn’t have any piercing power, because it is a cheap brand, I advised to get a branded model, it will probably cost a bit more but the quality will be so much better, have you had a similar experience, sorry I have forgotten your name, regards David.
