OMG!!! What do you get when you fuse a guitar virtuoso (Neal Schon must see this!!) with an angelic-faced beauty’s amazing “born to be wild” voice displaying a broad vocal range rendering a powerful Journey’s song??? Well….this is what you get. A surprising talent beyond words. Even though some part of the tracks were previously recorded, the overall outcome keeps on being extraordinary. Following clips from “Leonid & Friends”, this one showed up as a KZbin proposal, and being an old time Journey's fan, decided to click on it. Overwhelming power and immense quality on both of you guys. I had to go and watch some of your other material. Not at all a fan of heavier rock or the like, Dust in the Wind and Soldier of Fortune (even simpler than Separate Ways) are beautiful accomplishments. Wish you the best of luck. Masterclass?. He def overdid it. Maybe in how not to cover this song. Sorry. He missed key fills or just butcherd them by adding his own style when not needed. Those fills define the songs power. Im all for originality but play to the strength of the song. Not to try and be popular with the look at me playing.

I love your tone and arrangement! The vocals are great! I saw Journey in 1983, on the Frontiers Tour, as a matter of fact. It still ranks as one of the best shows I've ever seen. I'm usually pretty skeptical of covers that attempt to update or "modernize" past hits, but you guys are so tight, so solid and the additions you bring to the music (not just this song, but several I've watched since I found you yesterday) show great creativity and a maturity of restraint that a lot of young bands leave at the recording studio door that your work is an absolute joy to listen to.
