Never heard anyone describe backing in those three steps. It's a nice way to break down the process so it gives you a mental checklist that will guide where the focus needs to be.

Great teacher. 😃. Please have drivers know the simple off-set rule & memorize the speed of the off-set. Have them keep the steering wheel straight backing-up until tractor&trailer starts to approach a 90 degree angle. With 15, 20 minutes of practice they will be familiar with the offset. Turing the steering wheel will speed the offset. Longer trailer= Slower offset.(tandems forward=faster offset). (tandems back=slower offset). Shorter trailer=faster offset.

Keep it up Sergio! You’re miles ahead of me when I was learning. This is for all the new drivers… no matter how much you’re struggling, you will eventually get it. Stay positive and practice. Another great video Junior

I see improvement, starting to fix it on his own, except for the wide gap a first. He got it the box, without a lot of help, that is good.
