I've Always loved this place. It is sooo Andy. We fans met Wacha, Ben, & Lucy here. So, this feels kind of bittersweet. Super cozy place. And I Love that staircase. Keep living your dream, Cohen. ❤❤❤

Every time I think you can’t get better at sales, you do, lol. You could literally walk up to a drug dealer on the street and sell him his own product. That being said, while the home is unbelievably cozy and beautiful, 14 million for a crap view/no doorman/not the best area. Seems insane.

It has a doorman. Andy has spoken of his longtime doorman many times. And the area is one of the nicest neighborhoods in the West Village.... with a beautiful park across the street. And those city skyline views are beautiful.
