As a 25 year officer, I was touched by the memorial for the 'officer down'. The thing that caught my eye was if it was in remembrance of the officer killed in 1961, the weapon depicted was wrong. Nobody carried an auto back then except maybe the occasional 1911 and very few departments allowed them in uniform. It was also extremely rare for a street officer to have a portable radio.

Also her saying she's a girl means nothing, after all, woman want to be treated as equals right? Well, you'll get the same treatment that is given to men.

Sold brown dirt weed fresh from Mexico as his most reliable product at the amazing deal of $20 for a quarter or maybe as low as $60 for an ounce, started selling "crippy"/"dro" (hydro) at like $20-25/gram and never sold at a discount or bulk so you had to seriously buy all the grams he had, and that weird little metal thing next to his gun was the crappy flea market pocket scale he would use to weigh that gram of 'dro you bought into a cigarette cellophane in your friend's laundry room while they were throwing a high school party because your parents were out of town. He rocked the blue FBI hat because he'd always give a creepy grin and go HA HA HA FEMALE BODY INSPECTOR = FBI.

The problem with courts today is the amount of time witnesses have to give up just to get justice. The laws are too heavily on the side of the accused perpetrator and not the victims where the laws should be. Often the number of court appearances witnesses have to make causes them to not bother turning up for courts only to adjourn the case yet again. Even law officers get fed up of going to court for nothing to happen. witnesses should be forced to attend a maximum of twice and no more than that. It can take years to get in front of a jury and this punishes the victims and witnesses, hence people become uninterested in the justice system.
@BangBangBang. Жыл бұрын
I spent 52 days in county jail this year complaining about my illegal nuisance restaurant neighbor who has past charges for drug dealing and beating his girlfriend. His domestic charge got reduced to fighting and they both had time served. I get arrested in a dispute after the guy claims I shot at him because he attacked me in January 2022 and I lit him up. He tells 911 that I went back to my house and shot at him from across a 4 lane road. Cops never take a gun off of me, swab me for gunshot residue or even add that charge. So the cops illegally search my house ("protective sweep"- his claim of me shooting) and find some weed.
@Ethan.s.. Жыл бұрын
@@BangBangBang.I sympathize with you if what you said is true. I believe the officers had probable cause based off of what the “victim” alleged. If not, you should be able to sue them and be awarded a decent some of money + get any related charged dismissed.

@alunchurcher7060 I don’t believe witnesses carry a higher burden today then they did previously. Courts are heavily geared towards pressuring defendants into taking a plea deal. Most cases never make it to trial. I believe that is the primary injustice.

It makes you have some sympathy for all of the people still doing insane long crazy years for possession of weed, doesn't it? Knowing people can legally buy and use the same and larger amounts like candy now, whilst they still have 10 more years to go, and if repeat, decades. It also made me cringe re the lad with a gun, knowing nowadays he could have been carrying the same gun legally a LOT easier nowadays, not that it's a good thing, indeed I am still disturbed at how many gun laws were dropped, changed so drastically in the last 20yrs and why shooting, mass, random, kids, etc have increased to levels never close to all other civilised nations with appropriate, safe, fair gun laws. Such a shame how so many old COPS episodes also show he blatant abuse of power and disregard for peoples rights vs nowadays. I am not keen on fanatical levels of some auditors, de-funders, sovereign citizens, but the LEOs blatant lies, unreasonable demands, searches, entrapment, i.e. using a 3000 bike to grab someone on a felony vs petty theft, grabbing people with residue on paraphernalia, still jailing abuse men whilst letting the girls who admitted using physical violence, off scott free, it's all so galling, and sad.

I did the same thing and noticed that as well. That's an Indonesian brand. I live over here now and was shocked to see. I didn't know they sold them over there.
