God bless you madam! When is the government going to create a law for penalizing women who misuse any laws for women protection and legalize prenuptial agreement particularly for Hindu marriages. For Hindus in particular, prenup agreement needs to be made compulsory. A lot of court time is spent on such divorce cases because there is no mandate on these issues....

One more thing bro ,any lawyer who is promoting fake cases and if found , and any judge who has wrong convicted many innocents should be treated as per Sharia , prolonged litigation itself is injustice , i have seen one HC case where in Husband lost job, and judge forced him to pay and find money ,if that judge is found anywhere guilty he should be removed and told to find new profession. People have lost faith in judiciary , and court is not going to give our precious time back.
