What is the job of Public Relations ? Sceptical people might suggest that the role of the PR officer is to always present a positive story and to hell with the truth. There seems to be a degree of defensive being taken in this video - a stance of support for the role of PR generally. My message is simple: 'Fine words butter no parsnips'.
