Nice pad! I'm so happy you're in a nice place for your training Tom! I've learned to ride a 26-in unicycle since September. So far I can do 5 miles continuous, and up to 12 miles in a workout. For intervals the other day, I did 5 miles incorporating 5x 150 yd hill w/ 440 yd recoveries. But these hills were a little different! So down the hill controlling momentum with the pedals, then make a side hill U-turn towards the bottom, and as soon as making the turn switch to vigorously pedaling up the hill! That's a tough one I'll tell you😂 After hills I did 22 x 240 yards straightaways...continuous with a hairpin turn at each end. Just a little different from race walking! Cheers!
