Hello Dean, thank you for all your help, took the 63 yesterday and passed. Wanted to come and do a breakdown of what i saw and yes definitions of b/d,ia,iars and what they do and cant do, many questions on details of exempt security's and transactions, I had two questions on advertisements and social media like who approves it or who has to check it, Thought that was weird I used tc and no material on social media. Some questions on materials info disclosures, most was point on with the test you do. Most weren't point and click it was more long paragraph questions. and only about 3 or 4 roman numeral questions. and that's all I can remember thanks for doing the good work with this videos.

Hi there I am currently on my third attempt for series 63 which i will be taking on the 31st of May before in lose my job. I’ve been using Knopman marks through my work on which I’ve been scoring 75-80 i just recently bought series 63 with Kaplan on which i am ranging between 73-80 highest scored and lowest scored 73.33 knowing that i have my exam in like two weeks i am getting really stressed and worried….i scored 53/100 on my first attempt, 65/100 on my second attempt. I really need advice and support to know that i am scoring in a preferable range with Kaplan inorder to pass the real exam

For question #4-3 how is it (C).. isn’t certificates of interest a security? so they’d be an issuer no?

Im studying s63, it is so confusing. I am having difficulty understanding and how to identify agent, broker dealer, IA in the questions and answers given. Is anyone else having the same issue? Im on chapter 1 and failed chapter 1exam 4 times
