Passed my SIE with your help, and I am studying for my series 7 now. I start my day with a lecture and it has been the best study aid. Thank you so much Dean for all you do.

De nada. Glad your finding them helpful. Don't overdose on partnerships. 3 or 4 questions max.

Unlike a lot of people I believe there is a connection between the real world and the test world. Thank you for your recognition of same.

Very helpful by tying it to real life examples (unlike the study guides do.). Also appreciate the commentary on what may be likely to see on the test.

Thank you. This one of my lectures that is sufficient for test purposes as a stand alone and not a supplement.

Dean this was a really good lecture. I just watched it again because I noticed that I was having some issues conceptualizing passive, portfolio, and earned incomes vis-a-vis suitability questions. This cleared everything up, with the bonus of the real life examples (e.g., the Lacob stuff) making it even clearer. Great discussion of nonrecourse vs. recourse too. Thanks again.

I appreciate you tying in real world examples so much, I love the NBA and dream to be an owner one day and didn’t even realize lacob was the GP in a partnership. (He ended up doing a damn good job didn’t he) thanks so much you bring the dry boring textbook to life with relevance

Yep. His limited partners are very, very happy.

I have to remind myself I'm taking a test not trying to build my own portfolio 😂😂😂😂. Love the stories they really help to remember all these details. Especially when I can relate to the news and hearing about the partnerships and "who's suing ( zooming) who", I dated myself with that song but Dean you rock ❤🎉

Dean, I have a suggestion that could help the audio. 47:46 , and often in many other courses, you lean to your right. Looks like you're writing on a touch screen. The case at 47:46 is a bad example, but sometimes when you lean to the right and talk, or lean back, it's tough to hear details in what you say. Again, the time stamp is a bad example, because you're not too bad here, but you can see how the audio drifts. Perhaps, you could put the mic, between the touch screen and your center view? This way the mic still picks you up well, when leaning over? Just an idea. Maybe you have a better one. Again, it's not too bad here, but I think you know what I'm talking about.

Thank you very much. New to this KZbin thing. Think I am getting better at the little things like that. I have moved the mic in this last two lectures to be dead center of both my screens. Should help. Also getting better at centering myself too. Pretty terrible camera placement in those early lectures. Eventually, I will circle back and redo all lectures. Right now trying to make sure the perfect is not the enemy of the good and trying to push out as much content as possible. Love the detail. I will check out 47:46. Give me same detail on the newest lectures or any lectures for that matter. Thanks, again.

If this is tested on the 65, can we expect a few questions on the 66 as well?
