I don’t know at 16:28, after taking left turn why she needs to change the lane to the right.

Usually, when you’re on the test, when you’re turning on the traffic light left to the left you accelerating and changing the lane to the right by yourself. The reason for that left lane is a passing lane and the right lane is a driving lane.
