I actually didn't realize that that was marketed as a drink bottle holder. I keep my fold-up table in one side with a camera tripod gimbal, and the other side I've got cans of bug spray and son screen, as well as some zip ties and other odds and ends. Absolutely love this bag, I'm going on almost two years with it and I can't imagine life without it now. I'm not even a huge iflight fan, but they smashed it out of the park with this one!! Great review, Brodie! 👌🏻👊🏻

Thanks mate! I’m honestly not sure what it’s marketed as, but presuming it would be a bottle holder haha! Do you have any issues with the Velcro on the inside?

@@BrodieReed ohhh I see... I just assumed it was for tall items like a tripod... I have had a fold-up chair in one side and a fold-up table in the other. One of my favourite parts about it! I actually don't use the dividers, but when I tried them out I did notice that they were not particularly well secured. I actually have a semi-rigid case for my tx16s, and for my goggles v2, so I just stand my radio up in the bottom and put the goggles on top, and then after that the only other things I keep in the main compartment are my 10-inch tablet also in its own soft case, and a bag of props. Everything else fits outside of the bag, and because I carry more than a dozen lipos with me at all times, I don't really feel comfortable having them stashed inside of the bag in case something goes off. I'd rather just lose all of my lipos then all of my life owes plus most of my expensive equipment. I basically fly in one particular area, not too far from my house, but if I was packing for the day and hiking in somewhere I would probably arrange things differently.

I love my rdq backpack. I dont have much gear, so its lower profile and cheaper price really works well with me and my situation. I have a friend that just got an iflight bag and says it is a dream to work out of in the field.

That’s great to hear mate, I’m yet to try another FPV bag! Sounds like RDQ might be a solid option to look at

You could probably just barely fit 5-inch drone with props on inside the backpack on top of all compartments (at least it fits in Torvol bag). So if I carry only one drone it's way cleaner and I don't catch doors etc with drones on the bag Also I liked the idea to store radio sideways. Never thought of that Your videos are high quality and I definitely see that you can get big. It takes time for viewer count to catch up to the quality of videos

I liked the bit about the backpack.

Got this back for a while now. Found myself glueing dividers with instant glue because after few months they are just not there.

Damn.. That’s not great to hear, looks like a real unfortunate downfall to this bag then!

Interesting, I've never had an issue with the Velcro dividers since I got the bag about a year ago

@@SpeedDemon_fpvyou got lucky tho 😂 I heard this is a common issue

Oh right on! So looks to be more of a quality control issue then 😅

All FPV backpacks are definitely overpriced to the moon.. Never turn the bag lights on in public.. please Bro, 🤣🤣 FPV Pilots look weird enough as it is. 🤓🤓, I got the Ethix backpack, Its more compact and suits my needs more than these big ones.. Good review!
@BrodieReed Жыл бұрын
Thanks mate! Yes I’m looking into the Ethix one too! Definitely worth the comparison

@@BrodieReed It is quite a lot smaller than the other bags and very basic. But it does fit in the washing machine 👍
