You are probably right! It was a great ball. Surprised me because he was bowling quick inswinging deliveries on length then pulled that slower ball rabbit out of the hat! Stuey looked in such a mess I couldn't see where anything was!

Their grey-haired bowler has an interesting technique - runs up in a normal way then stops and sort-of 'shot puts' it! Might as well not bother with the run up etc! (not questioning the legality btw)

It used to be one of the best pitches in the country before the head groundsman retired some years ago! Gone downhill but still better than most club grounds locally.

It has been mentioned but he’s not, a motorbike accident gave him a bad shoulder , it makes it look a bit unusual but his arm is straight enough when it gets to the perpendicular .
