So after countless requests I have eventually made it down to Croydon Police Station, and all I can say is that there are serious issues at this police station.
Sir Mark Rowley will not be impressed with his officers clearly disobeying direct orders.

A guy rang LBC yesterday. His take on the Met was that it is no longer a police service but a brotherhood. He was reacting to a story about yet another serial offender in their midst having been finally exposed. His point was that this rapist had commited infractions for many years but they had been deliberately ignored. He was right. They have a dangerous blind spot regarding their own conduct and the conduct of their colleagues. This video demonstrates this mindset clearly. This seperate flag matter clearly shows that they are pperating under a different set of rules to the rest of us. Plus spitting in the eye of their boss and by extension us. Well done to this auditor and Yeardley Ski too.

Feeling anxious or nervous speaking on the phone is not uncommon. Not everyone is comfortable with the internet. So complaints CAN be made at any police station with an open front counter.

Clearly your video proves that they don't give a F!*k about anyone but themselves. Well played - more of these please. Thanks for this mate👍 I have aspergers and terrible anxiety issues , I have real trouble using a phone, opening mail (letters) and opening emails, makes me feel sick and overwhelmed and I go into a panic. Thanks for sticking up for our rights ,public servants should serve the public 👍 if they can be butthurt and offended when we say to them "you look like my nana" then I expected my autism to be treated with the highest respect just like a sexuality preference, race or religion. Pin numbers COULD be useful to a terrorist irrespective of your intentions. That could land you a max of 30 days in a police cell without a solicitor. Luckily it looks like most British police have given up locking horns with auditors for sheer inconvenience

Plenty of people would have problems getting on the phone to make a complaint to the police, so well done for focusing on this. Phone the police to make a complaint, and you'll have to give your name, address, phone, email, photo ID before proceeding.

With regard to the seatbelt at the end... It is not a legal requirement for the DRIVER to wear a seatbelt whilst reversing. This is to do with turning to look out of the rear window.

When you complain about the gang badge, the complaint gets shut down by other gang members, that are sergeant's or inspectors that previously wore the TBL/gang badge, I've had that experience recently with the corrupt BTP at Waterloo . Thank You For Your service !

This is getting to be a serious matter for concern. Officers disobeying official orders, failing to take complaints, insulting rude, slovenly, incompetent. Discriminatory against disabilities. Yet 90% of complaints according to the Casey report are not upheld, which she raised as a concern. The Met has become unfit for purpose and must be disbanded and cleaned up. We had another rapist only recently.

The Met Police website clearly says you can complain by "using our online complaint form...write to us...call 101...visit your local police station" I Googled it while you were arguing with that slouchy, prissy policeperson at the station counter. I also Googled the question of whether the Commissioner had banned the thin blue line badge. He did, in July 2023.

Yeah, I'm blind and I've had the Met do some horrible things to me too. Which is why I don't appreciate TLA getting it wrong with his demands for reasonable adjustments he is not entitled to. They treat us badly enough and act like we are all faking it already. We don't need TLA giving them reason to solidify that belief. As for autistic people specifically, you will find it very helpful to remind the police of the judgments in the ZH v Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police 2012 case and the appeal Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police v ZH 2013 whenever you have any dealings with them. Reasonable adjustments MUST be made and the police must NOT collapse their treatment of disabled people down to being identical to how they treat the able bodied.

I don't bother too much about the thin blue line badge, but when you are on the look-out for that, could you also keep your eyes peeled for the stupid rainbow coloured alphabet people's lanyards, bracelets, badges etc - I'm sick and tired of seeing police wear these items, thereby showing support only for certain members in society - thereby not being impartial in the discharge of their duties. All cops are supposed to be impartial, yet I've seen these symbols and emblems even displayed on the cars of some forces, not just on their uniforms!

The PC behind the counter, asking you to explain why you need her to follow the rules, needs to fall in line, not perform a subjective interrogation. She isn't the arbiter / gatekeeper, deciding who can complain & how.

No it's the other way around. When TLA started going on about wanting things he was not personally entitled to the woman knew he was behaving vexatiously. It's a bad idea to get into making vexatious complaints since your name goes on a blacklist and all your complaints go in the bin. Become a real nuisance with it and the police will take revenge on you via the law. Civil or criminal depending on what they feel like hitting you with.

What is interesting is that when a member of the public wants to report a crime or misbehaviour to a pc about a pc he is told to report it at the front counter of a police station. When a pc suspects a crime why then can't he be told by a member of the public for the pc to call l101 or report it to the police front counter. ONE RULE FOR US AND ANOTHER FOR THEM.!!!!!!!!!!

The look of realisation on some of their faces when you say that just shows that they do not put disabilities at the forefront of their decisions, and we're supposed to trust them!
