28:23 this lack of confidence and low self esteem buds from how we are treated in childhood by our own family.. i have a deep dark complexion which I got from my dad.. even though i have faced slight bullying at school n neighborhood.. my family and extended family has a big hand in making me the confident person that I am.. so no bullying actually affected me to cause any harm to my self esteem.. Also my father has been a great role model in showing that the overall personality, nature and how we carry ourselves is what makes us attractive n physical appearance is jus a part of our being.. this if we as parents are able to do for our kids.. they will definitely thank us for building their self esteem in such a way that no bullying, no discrimination, no partiality will break it..
