I hope your wife is recovering well after her surgery. As someone who also suffers from back problems, I understand how debilitating it can be. The apartment looks nice, but considering the area is prone to earthquakes, the investment risk may be too high for a high-rise. Additionally, there will be an annual cost of $3,500 for Taxes and HOA fees. On the other hand, I like the Playa Alta custom pool home, which I believe provides better value for the money. Perhaps someday you can update the pictures. I am planning to visit Ecuador next summer to look at some beachfront properties, mostly houses and land to build on. Maybe we'll get a chance to cross paths while I'm there.

Lol, the people were on the beach, but the pool deck at the Oceania is hardly ever busy which is another bonus! The majority of owners are from Quito so they are only at the building for long weekends or holidays, so many times you have the place to yourself! Have a great weekend!

I wish they would build-in spider burners not induction. I have not see major chefs use induction but most of them use spider burners.

Good evening, yes some buildings are available for gas, but most new buildings are all induction. Some of the homes we have for sale have been built with both lines to give the buyer the choice, but homes are also easier to have gas than high-rises. The induction cook tops are great though, and at least better than the old basic electric. Hope that helps and have a great week!
