Even when reduced, this apartment is still at Gringo price level. Only ignorant Gringo’s would think they have a deal! Gringo’s are getting gouged because they tend to compare the price to the US real estate market! A reasonable price a local would pay for this property is at most $300K-$350K! 🤔
