He says he moved to the woods because people got too used to Capsule Technology. Same as the IRL Ted hated modern advancements. He even congratulates you for blowing up something the annoying neighbor owns. Saying he "likes your style".

ill be honest. I really liked the meet Neco arc video as it had like good flow to it and was silly.
