Back when I was on dating apps I arranged to meet someone and he cancelled. I can’t remember the excuse he said but a few days later he messaged me back and apologised, at first I didn’t really reply and then he messaged again and asked for another chance which I did and now been together 3 years. So I would say maybe give another chance. Most of the time you can tell when someone is genuinely being weird or not wanting to meet. Take a chance ☺️
