Chuckles at 'smashing the bell'. One of the most frustrating things i'm finding, is getting hold of some gear. Quite a few of the more well known brands, don't ship internationally. Eg: a simple Torq 22D 5" plate has since been arranged through an aussie outlet....and it will be here in late October. O_o . Another great video :)

Also not a fan of the orange vanilla coke.. tastes like when you're a kid and you mix all the flavors together and pretend to enjoy it.. I do love vanilla coke zero though! I can't get away with drinking regular soda anymore, I literally *just* turned 30 and I swear my metabolism just instantly cut in half.. 😧😦 I'm definitely here to learn. So a big thank you for finishing out the series for us. It is very satisfying and motivating to watch the transformation on a big correction like this from start to finish. Why any detailer would skip an Apex video like this, I have no idea.. 👍👌✌

I need to dust off the Rotary and use mine here and there, it’s been a long time. I just don’t work on cars that are that hammered anymore and a long throw DA polisher with a good compound and a Meguiar’s microfiber cutting disk almost always works for pretty bad corrections. But with that said the rotary definitely has its place in The detailing world. But what I did learn today is I need some of that Waxedshine fabric guard in my life, great looking stuff and demo. Keep up the great work Brian.

I want to say thank you as well. I really love all your videos and learned a ton. I’ve been a hobby detailer for 30 years and you got me to switch to a rotary! I picked up a maxshine 1000m and as you said practice on some test panels. I didn’t have any of those but did have a black 2000 Acura RL with 230K miles on to practice ;) Very similar to this black Mercedes you’re working on. Definitely way faster than the DA I was using and probably the best finish I have accomplished so far. I just wish I had some SONAX ultra cut or the 3D polish you have ;) (didn’t have time to wait for it). Oh, and I wasn’t afraid of wet sanding because of you as well, keeping those temps down! Thank you so much Brian!

Brian are you really apologizing for giving us the best that you got? What you are doing is true car detail work. If know one else has said this on your channel, then let me be the first to say Thank You for these Mercedes videos! I've learned so much thus far. It's the little things that make the big difference (the right type of 3M tape to use). People really have nooo ideal how hard it is to , film & detail, produce & edit video, and maintain a You Tube page. It is challenging ! Brian, what you are doing...it's off the charts. Just keeping up my 937Clean Facebook videos are enough for me. I have just recently started to post some of my videos on KZbin. I'm about to start paint correcting a red 1977 Corvette and it has the same issues if not more. So stay tuned for my videos.

Yes sir I am watching this series. I am 60 years old and want to know what works and what doesn't just for my own cars. I plan on picking up a maxshine m1000 along with a 3" backing plate and the shine master mini polishing system. I can not imagine the need for anything else I could come across . Before the keyboard warriors gang up with their wisdom, I started buffing floors when I was 12 and continued that off and on up to a year ago. I don't want a random vibrator in my hands if I don't have too. I have done enough woodworking to know what I don't like. But I am a fan of your videos and this series is what I love the most. As far as products? That is great for the pros but I already know there is no point in buying something that I will use maybe 1/8th of and then have go bad on the shelf. I love the way you teach and your thoroughness mixed with being practical. I also admire your work ethic. I do watch the background of your videos. Your shop is a sign of the work you do. So bless you and thank you sir.
