As an added bonus, it's appears to be one size fits all. A small frame would leave the shoulder hanging and a very big arm might successfully get stuck or cut off bloodflow during sleep.

I recommend getting a memory foam pillow. The firmer pillow holds the weight of your upper body off of your shoulder and arm. And it doesn't present a problem when you want to turn over

@@JoseRodriguez-fy9so I don’t know if one like that that exists. Maybe you could get that one and then create an attachment to get the angle right. I needed a bed that I could raise the head of for acid reflex but the only beds like that raise from the middle, which was awful for my back. I couldn’t find any companies that make a bed to raise the head while keeping the bed straight. I think the wedge pillow here will have the same issue. It’s a really cool idea though. I hope they make longer ones eventually.

I have the pillow. It is $250. I'm on day 20. I don't know if I'm going to keep it. Don't get me wrong it is incredible if you can find the perfect position. If you can't it sucks. They say it takes 30 days to get used to it. Customer Service won't even talk about a refund until the 31st day. I'll come back in 10 days with my final decision

@FunkyStudios to be 100%. I use the body pillow more than anything. They are a wonderful company. They even sent me a larger version of the pillow to try since I'm 6'4 and 230lbs. The larger pillow did help. You just have to give it time to work. GOOD LUCK!

The pillow is crazy expensive, but my shoulder was/is absolutely killing me and would/does wake me up when I flip over on it. So I paid the $200+ for it. The size you get depends on your height. If your height is the last measurement before the next level, go a size up. I didn't and it was uncomfortable. I called customer service and they sent me a new one at no cost. Unfortunately, it's awkward, and I never got used to it

I'm a side sleeper with bone on bone hips. Very hard to find a comfortable position, constantly switching sides. I sleep with a pillow between my legs to help align my hips. Maybe this wedge pillow with arm tunnel would help too

I had this but wish they had different height settings and were adjustable. If you have really wide shoulders or are very narrow, it may not be comfortable as the side of the chest starts to hurt. The memory foam is less than an inch thick with the rest being a supportive foam. I sent my suggestions awhile back but it didn't work for me unfortunately.

I had bad shoulder pain, and I am a side sleeper…. I was in agony and sleep deprived…. I bite the bullet and bought this out of desperation…. And it was a godsend…. Best splurge I ever made….it is great! I no longer have shoulder pain, but I do have GERD… and when that acts up I sleep with this…. And it’s nice having it Incase a family member ends up with shoulder pain. I think it’s an excellent pillow! Highly recommend!! (This is not a paid promotion…. Lol)

But due to bulging lumbar discs , I’ve noticed that side sleeping feels a tad better except for my carpal tunnel acting up worse due to squashed shoulders . That pillow might help . Can't stand memory foam - too hot even in winter. Can work out a type of tunnel with your own pillow /pillows. Always a bit of a hoo-ha when you want to change sides & you have to wake up & re- organise. That's life. Get a bolster type pillow for your knees. Nice to cuddle in winter! Like the head support for the end of the bed though. Forget the massage with scissors though !

As a PT, I can tell you, sleeping on your arm with your shoulder elevated will cause you serious problems later! Get used to sleeping worh your elbow lower than your nipples and avoid wasting your money on stupid pillows! I've met so many people who say, "well I've slept on my arm for years and I'm ok" only to see them arrive at the hospital years later with chronic shoulder pain because of it. Told you so 😉

At first glance it looked good. But after reading some reviews, I like what I've been doing for years since my pregnancies: Sleeping on my left side, I have a pillow for my head, one for my left arm which keeps my wrist straight. one for my torso, and one between my knees. I cannot sleep with just one pillow. No way, no how.
