How cool! Just as I was posting this a new How to Adult Video came out tackling how to remember to do things - and I think it has some GREAT points (especially going easy on yourself!) that are 100% worth checking out! [ kzbin.info/www/bejne/Zmepin-Mlq19qLM ]

Wow, isn't nature beautiful?! Spring is gorgeous and I can't wait. I have been finding myself being absolutely amazed by the outdoors (even more than usual!!). All these years of watching your videos and your amazing and beautiful personality hasn't changed a bit, I love it! You're so pretty also ❤️❤️ Hope you and Chips have a great rest of the day!

Hi Seri! I always love hearing your reminders to spend time enjoying what you love. I’ve had a lot of organization problems too and one of the things I find useful is getting a whiteboard (or virtual whiteboard) and dividing it up column wise with projects (like classes, chores, creative projects) and having rows for things that are

I'm so glad to see you're vlogging again, you're such an inspiration! ❤️ Being a lover of painting, drawing and sketching, I find a great way to get organised and stay organised is to create a bullet journal. But I also love just using a simple calendar on my phone to mark out important dates and the free version of an app called Todoist to give myself 5 main points to work on in a day. Here's an idea you could try: Write a list of everything you want to do and all your projects etc then pick 5 to 7 things to do in a day to prevent burn out and be at your most productive. Remember to prioritize and if it can wait, don't put it on your 5 to 7 list until it becomes necessary to do so. You'll probably find yourself doing more than you planned but feeling fulfilled. 😊

Autumn is my favorite season (and I DO just feel it with the smell and feeling of the leaves and the cooling breeze on the air and so much else) but Spring is a very close second for all of the reasons you mentioned. Spring is a very special time for my mom and me because we garden so it's very much a time of new beginnings. While I also adore plants and flowers and stop and take pictures all the time, my "thing" is dogs. If I see a dog I just get so happy and want to hug them and tell them how good of a dog they are. I always thought I was more of a cat person and I think I will always prefer to own cats, but dogs are just so DOG!

My mom used a light designed especially for S. A. D. She also used an ott light when doing crafts. They seemed to help. I read that bullet journals can help stay on task.

I LOVE autumn. We don't really experience it here but in the mountains they do and I love it! I don't know why I just do. I also love pine trees, and I'm going up north where they have them this summer!

So many lovely nature sights! Yay for new plants! LOVE the Bulbasaur pot! Love the giraffe planter! I am ALL for doing things that bring you joy! It's really wearing (not to mention annoying) when people (and I don't mean concerned family and those that are closest to you) offer their own two cents about what THEY think you should be doing with YOUR free time...follow your heart and find what's best for you! Hope you have a wonderful time in NC!!!

I don't know any books, but.... it sounds like you need a big white board to use as a "parking lot" where you keep just ongoing projects up right there in big print in front of you. You can put a piece of paper away or set it aside pretty easily. But keeping a white board on your wall isn't something you can shuffle under other things.

For the succulent to keep it alive plant it in some good cactus soil I use miracle grow. Instead of doing a full water just mist the soil until it is wet I got a spray bottle from walmart for like $1. I have probably about 30 succulents and this is what I do to keep them alive a lot have been propagated from others. You would love all my plants I have so many I do not have pictures online though very much a plant mom. Despite it being winter here I still have a ton of birds chickadees my favorite, morning doves, and other assorted birds also a fat squirrel who likes to break open my feeders.

I actually have a series of Google Documents where I write down ideas I have for any projects, I used to have a schedule too but I end up getting bored if I just stick to the same schedule so I changed it to "things I have to do in no particular order". Also if something needs to be done by a certain date, I work on the one with the closest date first. I used to use sticky notes (it's a Windows app) but it tends to freeze when I open it now so I moved everything to Google Docs. And sometimes, you just have to do something that makes you happy or relaxes you, your happiness is reason enough to do something, even if it's as simple as stopping to smell the roses. I love spring too, and any weather where it's just slightly warm (a warm breeze is the cherry on top). It tends to help my creativity. Also that singing at the end was adorable

I also am at 'spring-watch' right now over here in Germany! It is coming! I am so happy! I really enjoy it after the darker time... Maybe you can 'justify' your embracing of spring when you think of it as recharging your battery. If you have a recharging battery you just can not always just be productive without recharging, can you?

I feel your Trouble about organizing creative work & a lot of ideas and Projects! I really like the way Barbara Sher gives ideas for handeling that in the book 'Refuse to choose'. There are a lot of ideas and different Systems to organize yourself, depending on how you are, how many Things you juggle and how you like to work. I found some Things that really help me staying - well Kind of organized... What I love is what she calls Rotating Priority Board. It is like a chessboard or School board with different fields of different Projects and you just follow your Impulse to do whatever you feel like without forgetting of the other Things... She is really good at inventing Solutions for People who juggle a lot of Things and not just telling them to decide and stick to one Thing! ;-) I found a link to the book page, where she describes that priority board, hope the link works: books.google.de/books?id=b64r56xYMw8C&pg=PA150&lpg=PA150&dq=barbara+sher+impulse+modell&source=bl&ots=e3IkZiZGZg&sig=23a1eGn9RiwOfThm5U1clHvU8Dc&hl=de&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwj7qYrM9dfZAhXNh7QKHehvAgYQ6AEIWTAI#v=onepage&q=barbara%20sher%20impulse%20modell&f=false

Also I found out that it just does not work for me, whenever I try to fit my thoughts into any Chart. That is just not how my brain works! I can work much better with mindmaps. I even started researching Things using mindmaps not only Brainstorming. I try to use them for planning Things out, organizing my contacts etc...

I don't know about others, especially as it does take a while not only to master, but just to practice, but I've been taking a PE class in college on TaiChi. We only learned the first 24, but it helped, and has been helping me immensely with my stress as well as my alertness during the day. Of course, in some conditions it's not always viable since you do need a pretty large space to practice...
