For the baby thing, you can also just look at the population - the population will go up instantly if its a successful pregnancy match. Also they don't even need to go in the hut if its successful- you can just pick the mother up and set her down and she'll magically have a baby in her arms.

I know this video is old, but Seri, if you see this, you should play World Neverland Elnea Kingdom. It’s an app game where you can become a traveler to the kingdom and you can become a citizen after you do a couple quests. You can even marry and have children, and even pass on to your children afterwards! I’m not sure if you’ve ever heard of it, but it’s a really good game and I’d love to see you play it! (You can also play this game on something else, I think switch, but idk lol.)
