In Chinese Buddhism, there's a saying, 'Put down the butcher's knife, and you can become a Buddha on the spot. ' This saying tells us that no matter what one has done in the past, as long as he is willing to abandon his past wrongdoings and immediately start walking on the path of goodness and repentance, he has the opportunity to be instantly redeemed and become a better person. So, in my opinion, compared to handing over one's sins to God, Buddhism is more inclined towards inner transformation. But they are all great ways! I am an atheist, and although I don't believe in any religion, I do enjoy learning useful insights from any religious idea. Cheers for another meaningful video Mark！

Mark, I am from Damascus, but now I live in Canada. This video was really heart touching. In fact, I am not a Christian, but I have a lot of Christian friends in Damascus. In general, people in Middle East are very religious. This is pretty relative to me. On the contrary, I usually do not hear Canadians talk much about religion. But I had a question: The problems in the Middle East are almost endless throughout history, as is the case now. And every time people start talking about the end of Damascus or the coming of the end of the world, but this does not happen.. What do you think about this matter?

Hi Mark, I follow the news every day since the conflict started. I’m really worried when I’m thinking about both Israeli and Palestinian civilians experiencing. I don’t know if there will be a resolution to permanently resolve those problems in Middle East, I doubt it. Anyway I’m going to start to read Bible, which I’ve already tried a couple of times and gave up immediately, because I found the Chinese version is so hard to understand and boring. I’ll try the English version this time.

Hi Mark . It’s very interesting topic. I believe we’re in the end of the world Minor signs of the Day of judgement. Have appeared Waiting for major ones Where Jesus coming . But the only difference that I believe as Muslim that Jesus is not our gad . He is A noble prophet mentioned in the Qur’an 25 times and his mother has surah with her name. Amem!!! To have all your sins been forgived by God, you must not just repent but must be baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus! This is the first step to somebody be accepted by God! That's what I believe!

Fyi: Baptism is a public proclamation of faith and is to be advocated. However, it is not a requisite for salvation. This is categorically stated in Romans 10:9-10.

After be baptized in imersion of water, all sins will be washed away and be pardoned by God and the person from this moment ahead wil be a new creature!!! Receiving a new life Serving our God!!!

This truth is categorically stated throughout the gospels and epistles. There's no magic in baptism - it's just a public proclamation of the change in our hearts, a step that every believer should take.

Jesus was demonstrating the importance of public proclamation; He did not need salvation and came to save men. How about the rebel on the cross next to Jesus'? He's not baptised but was assured that he would be with Jesus in paradise because he believed! Many received Jesus into their hearts on their deathbeds but were saved even though they could not be baptised. I could go on and on but I suppose these examples suffice.

Mark, with all due respect, please stop being a preacher and keep your religious superstition to yourself. Other than that your videos are very informative and I thank you for that.
