Serotonin and dopamine release with 10Hz Alpha isochronic tones. Increasing your serotonin levels can be beneficial for controlling your mood, happiness and anxiety. It also helps control appetite, digestion and feelings of well-being.
Based on a 1983 study by Patterson and Capel which found that boosting 10Hz activity increased serotonin levels.

Your brain and body produce serotonin naturally and it plays a major part in controlling your mood, happiness and anxiety. It also plays a part in reducing your appetite while eating.
What frequency modulations and tones are used in this track?
This track contains isochronic tones beating at 10Hz in the alpha wave range. Amplitude entrainment effects have also been embedded into the music, producing 10Hz vibrations.
There's also a continuous 528Hz Solfeggio tone playing throughout the track. I've given the tone some 3D sound effects, so it appears to come in and out of volume a bit. This helps to make it more pleasant to listen to. The 528Hz frequency has been linked to positive vibes and energy. It's also referred to as the miracle tone or healing frequency and is one of the nine main frequencies on the ancient Solfeggio scale. According to Dr Leonard Horowitz, the 528Hz frequency is able to heal damaged DNA.

Headphones are not required.
How loud should the volume be?
Adjust the volume to a level you feel comfortable with. Not so quiet that you can hardly hear it, but also not so loud it becomes too distracting.

Autistic 20 year old daughter at home.... again... from pandemic.... I have had them in music therapy since they were born and I had no idea what was really happening to a hz degree but it changed their lives. Was limited in duration and on times per day etc. Not sure why. But at 20, my triplets use music in everything they do. Van Gogh Show mixed music and moving art and was beautiful to experience recently. My son changes everything from 80's rock to Bach and more to 432 in his phone or tunes keyboard, drums, etc. Only way it didn't cause him anxiety and anger. We went into a Best Buy when THX was beginning and he was 4ish.... started screaming on the floor and running. Still will not go to a movie theater. A neighbor at Fort Bragg told me that was indeed a normal response but I didn't understand, just let him do it his way. People like you help so many others enjoy life as it was meant to be. I think of a bird chirp or a whale or dolphin talk... God gave us what we needed in the correct frequency and changing music as a whole has possibly hurt our world as a whole. Thank you for calming my daughter today. She's back sitting calmly at a puzzle while I, sadly, need this one. God bless you. By chance, do you recommend any of these for anything on spectrum? Ocd?

I haven't come across any studies or reliable info on using this type of thing for OCD, so I don't have much to go on. I have had various anecdotal feedback on different videos, where people have said it has helped with their OCD. However, there hasn't been enough of a pattern in the feedback to guide me or to know if it can truly help yet.

I actually starting tearing up with happy tears listening to this. How do you do this, how do you make these beautiful tracks? Is it from a computer or? I always wondered :)
@MindAmend
@MindAmend 2 жыл бұрын
Thanks Emil. I create the isochronic tones and brainwave entrainment/frequency effects using software called Mind Workstation. I use that same software to combine my tones and effects with music that I source and license from other artists. I also use a few other audio editors to process the music and produce the compilations that I mix with my tones. I’ve evolved and improved how I make the tracks over the years, as I’ve learnt new techniques and discovered different apps to make things better and easier. It’s not really a process that I can easily describe and articulate in a short reply. I probably do things very differently and not as well as a trained sound engineer might do but it works me.

I’ve seen 10Hz being linked to dopamine, which is what I’ve used here. I have also come across links to 20Hz and dopamine release, so I plan to make a track combining the two frequencies in the future as well.

@@MindAmend ty.. I really have sensory issues regarding headphones, both ear buds and over ear... I JUST purchased some "open ear" headphones to try mostly for the tracks that require headphones.I like that I can still be aware of what is around me while still delivering stereo sound and also I am drawn to the fact they use bone conduction which I hope is a plus for the binaural beats.. similar to what they use in neurotherapy (IE: the BAUD) LYK how it works out!

There’s a reference to one of the studies relating to serotonin and 10Hz in the description. The solfeggio frequencies, which relates to the 528Hz tone don’t seem to have much scientific research that I can find. However, there is a very large following of people who regularly use solfeggio frequencies with positive feedback, particularly in the meditation community. So that would be considered as anecdotal support. One of the drawbacks with this technology is the ability to profit from and protect research investments. Most scientific research is done by institutions and businesses that aim to profit from the research, usually through patents. That’s hard to do, when you have lots of people like me making tracks like this freely available on KZbin. Unfortunately, I believe I am in some way part of the reason why there isn’t as much research being done into this technology.
