If you remember I modified a Mini Complete Tank last year and turned it into a paludrium. MCT liked what I did so much with that setup, that they sent me one of their new paludarium tanks to see what I could do with it. I don't know about you, but I think it turned out great! What do you think? My only complaint really was the lack of flow. That can be easily adjusted though.
Check out the original build if you missed that one: • Mini Complete Waterfal...
The Mini Complete Paludarium Tank itself is only available for preorder at the moment. If it's something that interests you I'll leave a link below. Like I said in the video I did get the tank for free. However, I don't receive any compensation for sales or anything like that.

you should really make a mushroom terrarium. Grow the mycelium in a small cake and plant it into a terrarium for natural-looking mushrooms!

I had mushrooms come up in my terrarium a few weeks ago and if you don't get in there to remove them fast enough (every day for about 4 days) they turn into a very sticky stubborn slime that was all over the glass and plants. They were pretty but cleanup wasn't worth it in my opinion, they only last for a day or two.

Mushrooms aren't like your common daisy, they rely off of dead things by creating a Web of roots around and in it and putting the nutrients the fungus didn't use into the soil and when it can the fungus will flower with a mushroom that dies shortly afterwards, you also have to be careful for 2 reasons, mushroom spores are impossible to be seen and might grow throughout your house and depending on the fungus it might have poisonous spores, also migh damage other terrariums

Another mini complete paludarium in the books! I think this one turned out great! and I had a great time making it. What do you think? Also I apologize for my voice in the beginning of the video. I recorded that part early in the morning and my voice wasn't quite there at the time. Have a good weekend!

This build was great! I have an idea for a terrarium build that would be difficult but I think would look AMAZING If you could find/build a large hourglass and build a terrarium or something in the top compartment with sand trickling down that appears to be filling up the bottom part but is actually glued or something so it can't move. I think that would look awesome! Keep up the great work ^^

Love the nano builds, I have a challenge for you... try and scape and keep a "sea monkey's" they are cheap and have many different types of enclosures. I think it would be funny you turning something childish into something professional.

I've been building out palladium's for almost 30 years now my biggest pet peeves and the most monumental fail i see in many enclosure builds on KZbin from aquarium to terrarium builds is plant choices and its something i see you nailing in this concept: choose plants that will go low and slow filling in the box over time, rather than going for large grown in immediate impact, so that it will not be overgrowing and requiring constant trimming to keep it in check, where one missed trimming could completely ruin the aesthetic. good job

when you added the cocofiber I was very sceptical, but when you added the wood, I was sold xD they look like some tree-roots growing out from a steep riverbank where the water's tides have washed the earth away from around the roots, which is pretty cool

I watched the last video with the original mini recently and wanted to buy one for my first try at a paludarium and saw they were releasing this new tank. I held out on my purchase, then saw your recent YT post with the sneak peak for this video. As always an amazing piece! Pulled the trigger on a pre order for one and am thinking of designs for it. I live in Northern Florida and am going to hunt around for some smaller local stuff to include in mine (stones and small driftwood). Thanks for all the great videos!

Ive been watching all your paludarium/aquarium/terrarium building videos because I decided ill be wanted to get some Starry Night reed frogs in the next year or two and want ideas on how to build my tank! They will be in an 18 x 18 x 24(30 gallon) vivarium with water on the bottom (hopefully planted) and a slate wall with moss on the back. I hope to have lots of plants for them to climb on and lots of driftwood leading out of the water for easy entrance and exit, because they are semi-aquatic and arboreal!! I'm getting lots of great idea from your videos and they are very instructional as to how to go about building something like this. So thank you for what you do! Also a funny sidenote: I love listening to you building things, so I usually have your videos playing while I animate or play minecraft ahaha

I have a waterfall in my paludarium. They do a lot more than you would think. A waterfall adds air, co2 (small bits), oxygen, creates water movement, to the water. It also is like a little moister maker for your plants above the waterline, also fanning them with more air. Waterfalls are like your plant and animals steroids.

So far I just need to source some large cork bark rounds for the background and then we can start building. As a side note I would love to see an update on the rubber duckies. I'm getting a culture to put in my paludarium and am trying to find some good information on care and feeding.
