Chewing GGUM is mostly connotated to being cool or feeling cool and that's exactly what he had in mind when he initially created the main idea of his solo song. It's simply feeling yourself and not giving an f to the 'people' and whatever they do, they will never get rid of you type of confidence. You'll stick like gum. Hence to why he acted like a menace in a radio show-representing the critics or people who act like critics and blab about anything about someone on-air (opinions made in public for attention) which is also close to his experiences in the industry. This what I got from the MV and his interviews 🤧

Also spitballing a theory here regarding the mixtape lore: the Ggum MV starts with him being disheveled, broke(?), missing a shoe, lord knows what happened. He picks up this gum off the floor and suddenly enters this Joker-like fantasy of crashing a broadcast to show the world what he's made of and say f*ck you to all those who didn't believe in him. In the intro video, he's again scraping by, collecting money, presumably through desperation ended up in the criminal scene, shit blew up and he ended up murdering (?) these guys, but with the scrap money he made it was enough to make his escape. Cue to the car window scene, he's messed up about the shit he had to do to get out, but hopeful he's on the right path towards his dreams. Just a thought! But man why we gotta wait another 1,5 month for it 😭
