They really need to start releasing more Quick Supports. Arts has a whole arsenal of supports for every situation while Quick only has Skadi and Skadi Summer, which severely limits the use of Quick Units no matter how good they are.

From what I’ve seen, it seems she’s more focused on crits over farming. It cannot be understated how much crit damage she has, heck she has a passive 20% crit buff on all of her quick cards. Heck I wouldn’t be surprised if she rivals Van Gogh in terms of crit damage. My guess is she meant more to be a boss killer who is “ok” at farming.

@@bifeclassicoBoss killers do generally prefer ST NPs or self buffing ones rather than AOE. Crit DPS aren’t nearly as reliant on NP damage but it still slightly lowers the ceiling.

The full armor design was so nice in SR. I think they should have made it Ascension 1, then use the current Asc 1 as 2 and make the masked/more clothed sprite a minor costume.

I would say she’s way better than Maou was on release since she still operates as a very strong crit beat stick while Maou was stuck with nothing but a ramping damage buff that slowly killed her.

The only reason why her second skill has buster up, is because she can get every buff from Yui. She is her master after all and it can work for this events boss fight or cq. While I 100% agree with the fact that the buster up is pretty weird and should have been a different buff. It's still interesting to see her having some synergize with Yui.

The funny part is her useless buster buff on s2 is just there so yui NP can proc all of its effect on her (yui can gift arts buff, ushi gozen has buster and quick) The thing...... Summer skadi can do that to pretty much any servant with yui, i think yui is just more interesting than raikou, which is just sad since i like raikou more than yui

Or if you think about it Raikou cant take advantage of Summer Skadi’s buster up but giving herself a buster up means that she doesn’t need to rely on bringing summer skadi with Yui to take advantage of arguably the most important of her buffs, the NP damage from a buster buff. Raikou provides crit buffs and attack buffs for herself but she really wants that NP damage buff as well. So think of it this way you can either bring summer skadi to super charge that one buster card as well or you can bring normal skadis and really juice up those quick crits and you still gain all of the benefits of having a buster buff. And since she’s getting a NP damage up and she doesn’t need to use summer skadi this opens up the option of using Oberon to really juice up her NP damage without being forced to bring Summer skadi or using needing to save Yui’s NP til the last turn when you can use Oberon buster buff

I really hope we get the armor as a costume Anyway, I really think she would've been much better off if she was ST. She clearly is more focused on crit damage than NP damage, not to mention having THREE (well, two and a half since when Earth Servant mod triggers, Earth mod also does for obvious reasons) Special Mods, as well as crit damage on EVERY SKILL, while also being Quick focused so a natural at drowning even her own Avenger weight in stars....but well, I guess the Bull HAD to be an AoE attack.. I wish her numbers were just a bit higher overall....and well, third skill being 3t duration ofc

It’s the classic example of if it can’t farm it ain’t that good, and usually I don’t like that narrative but in this case I think it’s warranted. Quick farmers are rare enough and averager ‘quick farmers are even rarer, and honestly it was about time Dantes got power crept. Sadly they appeared to have made a single target dps and decided to tape on the ability to farm slightly

Super random thought, I’d love to see a servant that gets a 1 turn CD reduction every time they get a kill (Note that it should be capped only once per turn, so killing 3 enemies for example will only let the CD tick down by one, despite getting 3 kills) Also on a more related note, Yui is cool, but we need more quick supports for variety

I had the same reaction to one turn of star absorb She kinda reminds me of an AOE Melt They have a similar crit damage stacking skill and she probably will have turns where she churns out enough stars for guaranteed crits, but star absorb is a big problem cuz if it isn't 100%, it's 0%

FYI, her base NP gain is 0,55% While her skillset does suggest she'd make a good looper, Ushi Gozen unfortunately has very sad refund when compared to Dantes. At least she can still do BG loops with a backline support.

I was also surprised about her being a quick servant haha. Also in terms of looks i like all raikous. The normal raikou (berserker) is definitely the hottest one by far for me but this one (avenger) is the coolest. Especially the particles and swords in game super sick :3 (kinda sad she isn't a different class and isn't arts but oh well) Edit : i forgot to add this to the comment but I absolutely LOVE the pose recycle on the card art :)

i like her damage output, i use double summer skadi on her but she cannot, 3T loop without oberon. i tried to switch oberon with caster skadi and taigong wang the result is still the same the np refund is either 43% or worse 41%.

Ushi Gozen suffers from the dumb concept made from FGO players made ; where if you're not the best, You're worthless. Which hurt quick servants so much more than others due to the loads negative perception it gets. I Think she a great Crit Dps even outside her downtime, But since she's AoE, she gets judged heavily if she can't BG loop Zerks. Personally I think thats a little harsh to rate servants like that.

The only reason I can come Up with for the kit is trying to "give" a solution to 90++ farm nods, for those Who want something to AoE the 3 mobs wave and crit the single target one, that asíde..... Why even bother with her? (waifu reasons asíde of course) Ever since ibuki summer came out, she took the spot of the farming Queen forever, at least till they power creep her with something crazy as a beast AoE servant, IDK and she literally can't compare with ST in the slightlest, giving her the crit power and traits dmg bonus Just compensate for that weird kit, I dont have ibuki, but yeah, she makes me say "why even try" on the AoE servants ever since.

My impression of her would be: "why bother?", because she needs help in looping and in providing more DMG boost. Unfortunately, Quick needs more supports beyond Skaði and her Ruler form to make that happen. Otherwise, the situation invites both porpoising and disaster.

shes a crit dps and not a looper. so her not being able to loop on her own isnt a problem unless you make it one by using her to do things she wasnt meant for. also calling her bad because she cant loop on her own is the same as calling every aoe buster servant bad cause non of them loop without support either.

@@6ToesHeACreature On paper she is very weak as a crit unit. 1 Buster card, no attack up, Anti-Earth SE We literally have 8 AOE units with this same damn effect if you want new how about we get Anti-Sky? How about we get an actual gimmick that's actually competent and not a tag on to please the farmers since most stages have earth enemies. Overflowing in crit buffing when crit is the most common buff type is not effective nor fun we have seen a lot of creative design last year like summer Kuro and Draco that is actually competent but not utterly game breaking. She is simply an uninteresting weak crit unit that doesn't look good on paper nor in practice, a good crit unit on paper is Wandjina because she is an actual foreigner and her respectable crit buffs but none gave a shit about her, only reason people jump on the raikou wagen is simply because she is an old unit with a big fan base nothing more don't bring character into kit design.

I mean when is she using it? She's got no reliable defense for CQs, n her crit centric deck has a 1/6 turn star absorb. Her looping looks fine, but 80,000 servants can loop. I imagine her quick cards will gen hella stars, so maybe it's not that big of an issue in practice, but that doesn't mean half the cast doesn't do her job just as well. Nothing super wrong with her, just seems really tame. I'm pulling for 4* caster n 5* CE n dipping

How does ushi gozen make Kagekiyo obsolete? Kagekiyo is a ST and Ushi Gozen is an AOE. On top of that, Ushi Gozen literally has no defence or survival skills on her. Also Jalter does a lot of good damage still, especially after she got her NP upgrade, Kagekiyo didn’t really make her obsolete.
