you cant custom the cars full or nothing.if you look to servers like cog or meap life.they got all the cars and can custom them all

Is this strictly an EN1 perspective? Have you played on other ones? ON EN2 the families win Bank 9 times out of 10. I am not as sure on other events, but it is way more balanced on EN2 compared to what you are stating. Might just be an EN1 thing.
