Server lag after about one hour right now is a bug with Playerbots and Midsummer Fire Festival

Disable Midsummer festival using this code. It's a temporary fix. I don't know how to re-enable it so you're on your own if you do this. It should fix the server lag though. abs.freemyip.com:84/api/public/dl/oWy9k-G7?inline=true

That's pretty funny. I hate to cancel the fire festival but the weirdos doing their weird gesticulations is why we can't have nice things.

Meh, I just disabled the random world bots for now. I just run with the ones in my group anyway.

Ah so that's what it is. I just upped the resources and threads to mask the problem. And restart the server frequently. I also noticed the bots in Westfall are getting stuck on various buildings/tents.

Yay, my bots were getting stuck when arriving at the Midsummer event. I hope this fixes it.

What you did there is insert the Midsummer festival into a database table of disabled items/events. To reenable the festival, just gotta delete that entry from the table.

You can re-enable it and do the latest update by just typing this in putty: update compile (or build if you added my new alias from the install txt) It seems to have been fixed so you can re-enable midsummer

Been playing for 10 hours today, no lag - things working fine with 3000 bots all levels; i would highly recommend to NOT start them all off at level 1. I never experienced this lag.

An update was pushed and it has been fixed by the author of the playerbots module. He's pretty good.

@@Sulucion6Tone if you followed my guide you can just type the word update in linux (putty). Then compile or build.
