Is this a Nrotc unit or the USNA 3rd company wardroom ? Service selection is done much differently at Usna so I am confused ?!

Clifford Young Yes. They cadets are getting their duty assignments. Like Naval Warfare officer, Submarine officer, Navy pilot ETC.
