Is the all black a cadet thing or new navy been out since 2010 and as a Marine. I was stationed on NAS Pensacola and gave many of salutes to Cadets due to not being able to tell. Was there for the last or some of the last class of cadets. Seeing Marines in DI covers would always bring fear, Walking the school house and seeing them was a trip. Especially not being on the bad end and being talked to as a Marine by them and not a Recruit.
