I love it when dogs lips get stuck. I have a Rhodesian Ridgeback mix and he has very stretchy skin so when his lips get stuck he looks so wrinkly and squishy. It's adorable.

how did you work through his dog excitement ? also people excitement? my sdit was doing sooo good but we haven’t seen another dog (except my aunts dog we have play dates with) in public in a while and while she doesn’t pull or bark, she will lose focus and look at them. she’s also started doing this w men as we’ve had multiple encounters with men petting her without permission 😭 she just turned 18 ‘on this, and we just moved and i was sick then hurt my rib from coughing so bad so i couldn’t take her out to train for ~2 months. she’s not as solid as she used to be bc of this and ppl petting her. also how did you work on him orienting his body/body confidence bc i’ve found that sometimes she won’t move somewhere i direct her bc its “too close” to a shelf (like at the store) and also sometimes she will re-orient herself and not stay when she’s supposed to be standing or sitting next to me. sorry for all the questions and you don’t have to answer .. my trainer just hasn’t gotten back to me yet and i’m struggling bc idk anyone else who has a sd.
