सर मैं esic में सरकारी क्लर्क की नोकरी पर कार्यरत था, 2001 में एक आपराधिक मामले में मुझे सेशन कोर्ट ने 3 साल की सजा सुनाई थी मुझे तत्काल ही मेरे esic विभाग ने नोकरी से टर्मिनेट कर दिया था, मेरी सजा के खिलाफ अपील में मुझे पंजाब और हरियाणा हाई कोर्ट ने 2020 में बरी कर दिया, इसके बाद मैं ने मई 2020 में फिर से नोकरी पर नियुक्ति के लिये अपने विभाग को कहा, अब करीब दो साल होने के बाद भी विभाग ने मेरे नोकरी पर वापिस रखे जाने के बारे में निर्णय नही लिया है ऐसा प्रतीत होता है वो जानबूझकर मामले को लटका रहें हैं, क्या मैं इस विषय मे अदालत का दरवाजा खटखटा सकता हूँ कृपया मार्गदर्शन करें।
