10:25 that's why our Indian law is very bad mainly civil laws... Time ka koi mahatva hi nahin ha.. it is a very high time to amend these laws

Please make a video from the other's perspective also (from the defendant's perspective) because petitioner is not always just and right. People file false cases to give inconvenience to others also na. The respondents also need to hire lawyers , take time out, incur several other incidental expenses for no fault of theirs. I humbly request you to make videos on that also.

What if there is a contract and in the contract he has mentioned the address for service of notice, and after that without notice he changes his address, then will speed post to that address be considered service of notice.
